Today had 5 free periods. ( Teachers on course )

-time to 'haolian' ;D -
Had NAPFA today too. 5 stations. Quite happy with my results.
Shuttle Run 4 x 10m - 10.25s - B ( A - 10.19s ) T^T
Sit up (1 minute) - 47 - A
Standing Broad Jump - 220cm - B
Sit and Reach - 44cm - A
Incline Pull Up ( 30 seconds ) - 27 - A

3 A + 2 B = 23 points. Just enough for gold. Lets hope I won't get D in 2.4km T^T

Maths mock test 19/20. Forgot to put the plus minus sign. That thingy which looks like the Chinese character, 'tu'.
